As a part of a major programme, I have created and recruited a team which task was to set up and implement new standards for the installation and machinery testing.
It was the last step before finalising the project and returning it modernised version to the client. The scope of the project was huge, the company’s distribution sector, dealers and importers for regions EMEA, AMER and APAC were involved. From the beginning of the project and an agreement on the training programme and certification all together took 3 years.
