Bio

Entrepreneur, consultant and freelance engineer. I graduated from engineering studies in the field of mechanics and mechanical engineering. From a very early age I was interested in the business side of things which is a result of Diploma in Economy with the specialisation Management.

How do I work?

Contacting by phone or e-mail

Getting to know the form and possibilities of cooperation. Providing the necessary information to determine the scope of services and prepare a dedicated offer.

Meeting with the client

At the customer’s premises or other designated location. Presentation of the previously prepared offer in the form of a presentation, including: description of the proposed services and the legitimacy of their selection, schedule with planned actions, valuation.

Evaluation of the offer

Placing the offer in accordance with the requirements, or adjusting / modifying it in order to achieve better efficiency.

Reporting the progress of work

During all activities, the client has access to the information he needs.

Customer satisfaction survey

Both during and after the cooperation, the level of customer satisfaction is constantly monitored. This allows to develop the scope and level of services provided.
