Quality planning and quality assurance
One of the main aims of the quality assurance system is to assure client’s satisfaction. Satisfied client means a client who is not only appreciative of the cooperation but also proud of the produced goods. Client who feels his needs are met will recommend the product/services to others. Targeted and thought through, heightened quality checks in the fields of interest will lead to achieving an optimal price of the product to its quality. A good practice proven that planning should take place in the early stages of the project. The system should be working from the inside out of the business, making sure that all involved parts will have their needs met.
