The development of a new global quality branch

The aim of the project was to build new, global quality branch based on a strategy of a higher rank, already functioning in the organisation. The fundamental part of it was to analyse data coming from service calls and a clients’ satisfaction survey. Based on this data, the 3 years branch strategy was build, with a specific description of areas of interest, named “must win battles” (MWB) and supporting projects, by which, new developed branch was aiming to reach its main KPI. The project took 1 year.
